Fitvello — Privacy Policy

Information you provide:

• First name
• Email address
• Physical attributes (age range, biological sex, approximate weight, height)
• Fitness profile (goals, goal specifics, fitness experience level, current activity level, workout schedule, session length, preferred workout time, preferred training style, workout location, available equipment, injuries or physical limitations)
• Lifestyle factors (work/lifestyle type, sleep duration, stress level)
• Nutrition profile (dietary restrictions, food allergies, meals per day preference, cooking comfort level, food dislikes)
• Motivation (biggest fitness challenge)

This information is collected through our intake form for the sole purpose of generating your personalized fitness and nutrition plan.

Information we do not collect or store:

• Payment card numbers, expiration dates, or security codes. All payment processing is handled securely by Stripe, Inc. We never see, access, or store your payment card details.
• Social security numbers, government IDs, or other sensitive personal identifiers
• Location data, contacts, or device-level data beyond standard analytics

Information collected automatically:

• Basic website usage analytics (page views, referral source, device type, browser type) through Vercel Analytics. This data is aggregated and not personally identifiable.

We use the information you provide to:

• Generate your personalized fitness and nutrition plan
• Deliver your plan to your email address
• Send transactional emails related to your purchase (delivery confirmation)
• Communicate with you if you contact us for support
• Send product updates and announcements if you opt in to our waitlist

We do not:

• Send marketing emails unless you explicitly opt in
• Sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes
• Create advertising profiles
• Train AI models on your personal data

We use the following third-party services to operate Fitvello:

Stripe — Processes payments. Receives your email and payment details. Fitvello never sees your card information. Stripe's privacy policy: stripe.com/privacy

Anthropic — Generates plan content. Receives your form responses to create your personalized plan. Your email address is not shared with Anthropic.

Resend — Delivers your plan via email. Receives your email address and first name.

Vercel — Hosts the website and provides aggregated, anonymized analytics.

Your form responses are used to generate your plan and are not stored in a persistent database after delivery. Stripe retains transaction records in accordance with their data retention policy and applicable financial regulations. Email delivery records are retained by Resend in accordance with their data retention policy.

By purchasing a Fitvello plan, you will receive transactional emails related to your order (plan delivery and confirmation). These are necessary to fulfill your purchase.

If you join our waitlist, you will receive occasional product updates. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us at hello@fitvello.com. We process unsubscribe requests promptly.

We will never sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties.

Fitvello uses essential cookies required for the website to function and anonymized analytics cookies through Vercel Analytics. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies.
